Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to accessing the website and to quote requests submitted through it, while the conditions in the sections dedicated to services apply to the service contracts concluded with us. By using the website you confirm that you have read these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is for presentation purposes. It is not an online store: no payment is made and no contract is concluded automatically through the website. Services are contracted separately, on the basis of a quote, a contract or a written confirmation (including by email).

Use of the website

Access to the website is free of charge. You undertake not to: submit false data or other people's data without the right to do so; send abusive messages, spam or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website's systems, overload them or bypass their security measures; systematically copy the website's content. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of abuse.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for information only and may change without notice. The website is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.

Quote requests. Prices

A request submitted through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp is not a contract. After analyzing your requirements we send you a quote; the contract is considered concluded when you have accepted it in writing (including by email) or signed the contract, as applicable.

The prices shown on the website are starting and indicative prices, not fixed rates: web design — from €650; Meta Ads management — from €500 per month; drone filming — from €100. The final quote depends on the project requirements and, for filming, on the location, duration and filming conditions. The currency, the exchange rate used, the VAT regime, the advance payment, the deadlines and the payment methods are set out in the quote or the contract and appear on the invoice.

The advertising budget in Meta Ads campaigns (the amounts spent on ads) is paid separately, directly to Meta Platforms, and is not included in our management fee.

Service-specific conditions

Web design and development

Delivery
the stages (brief, design, development, testing, delivery), indicative deadlines, the number of revision rounds and the delivery method are set out in the quote.
Collaboration
deadlines depend on the client providing content, materials and access on time; delays on the client's side may postpone delivery.
Third parties
domains, hosting, licenses and third-party services are contracted and paid for separately, unless otherwise stated in the quote.

Meta Ads management

Results
we manage and optimize campaigns with professional diligence, but we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, sales or a particular cost per lead. The results shown on the website are examples from previous projects and are not a promise of future results.
Platform
campaigns run on Meta's platforms and are subject to its policies and decisions (ad approval, account limitations or suspensions). We are not responsible for measures taken by the platform.
Account and budget
the ad account and the payment method remain the client's; the advertising budget is paid directly to Meta.
Retention
the service is provided monthly, for the period and with the notice stated in the quote or the contract.

Drone filming

Scheduling
the date, location and deliverables are set out in the quote; filming is carried out in compliance with the regulations applicable to the operation of unmanned aircraft (in particular Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 and national rules).
Flight conditions
filming may be postponed or rescheduled, without penalty, for safety reasons, weather conditions, airspace restrictions or the lack of required approvals.
Client's responsibility
the client informs us accurately about the location and ensures they have the necessary rights and consents over the property being filmed; footage of identifiable people may require their consent.
Delivery
the deliverables (clips and/or photos) are delivered in the format and within the time stated in the quote, after editing.

Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to supply the necessary materials and access on time, to pay the price by the agreed deadlines and to ensure that the materials provided (texts, images, logos, trademarks, data) can be used legally and that the advertisements and promoted content comply with the law and the platforms' policies (including advertising rules).

Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, graphics, design, logo, images, code) is protected by Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and may not be copied, distributed or modified without our written consent. The trademarks and websites shown in the portfolio belong to their owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in the quote or the contract, the rights to custom deliverables are assigned to the client after full payment, for the purpose and within the limits agreed. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, images or music from licensed sources) remain subject to their licenses. With the client's consent, we may showcase the project in our portfolio.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: the unavailability or changes of third-party services (Meta, hosting, domains, email services); content and materials provided by the client; commercial results; interruptions caused by force majeure or by causes not attributable to us. Our contractual liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid by the client for the service concerned.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for bodily injury or damage to health, or in other cases where the law does not allow limitation, and nothing affects consumers' mandatory rights.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by force majeure, within the meaning of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code, for as long as it lasts and provided the other party is notified in good time.

Consumers: withdrawal and complaints

The provisions of this section apply to individuals acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, craft or professional activity (“consumers”), in addition to their statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal. For contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises, the consumer may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the service contract (Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014). To exercise this right, you send us an unequivocal statement (for example by email to one of the addresses below) before the period expires; you may use the model below, but you are not obliged to. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you will pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service provided until the withdrawal. If the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal is lost, provided that performance began with your prior express consent and with your acknowledgment that you lose the right once the service is fully performed.

Termination of the contract

The contract ends upon expiry of its term, by mutual agreement, by termination or rescission under the conditions in the quote or the contract, and in accordance with the law. Termination does not affect the amounts owed for services already provided, nor the obligations that by their nature remain in force (confidentiality, intellectual property, payment).

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the contracts concluded with us are governed by Romanian law. We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably. If we do not succeed, disputes are resolved by the competent Romanian courts; between professionals, by the competent courts at the provider's registered office (Bucharest, Sector 1), without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to the competent courts under the law.
